After payment is confirmed, orders are typically prepared within 2–5 business days before shipping.

Each piece is checked before it goes out, including bead condition, surface finish, color balance, and how it feels to wear. Orders are packed with presentation in mind, whether they're going to you or to someone else.

You'll get an order confirmation email when payment is confirmed, and a shipping confirmation once your order is on its way.

During holidays or busier periods, processing can take a little longer than usual. If there's a significant delay, we'll reach out by email.

Veyra Grove currently ships to U.S. addresses only.

For U.S. orders under $95 USD, standard shipping is $7.95 USD. Free shipping is available for U.S. orders of $95 USD or more.

Tracking

Your shipping confirmation email will include tracking information where available. Updates can take a little while to appear after a label is first created. That's normal.

Natural Stone Variation

Natural variation is part of working with real stone. Some beads may show soft veils, cloudy areas, fine mineral lines, tiny inclusions, or small shifts in tone from bead to bead. We see these details as part of the material's character, not as flaws.

You might notice:

• Slight tonal differences across beads
• Cloudy or misted areas within a stone
• Fine internal lines or veiling
• Natural inclusions or mineral marks
• Small changes in how light plays across the surface

We photograph each design as accurately as we can, but screen calibration, lighting, and the natural variation of individual stones mean your piece may look slightly different from the images. The stone type and design will match what's described, but exact color matching across individual beads isn't possible with natural materials.

Natural variation should never mean broken beads, sharp edges, or surfaces that are rough to wear. Each piece is checked before it ships. If we find broken beads, sharp edges, or rough surfaces during inspection, the piece will not be approved for shipping.

Sizing

Sizing varies between designs, so please check the Size & Fit section on the product pages before ordering. That's where you'll find bead diameter, bracelet dimensions, and any fit notes specific to that piece.

Returns and Refunds

Return requests can be made within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused, in its original condition and packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.

Please get in touch before sending anything back. We'll confirm whether the return is eligible and give you the next steps. Items returned without prior contact may not be accepted.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll review it and work out the right next step.

For eligible U.S. returns by mail, return shipping is free. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can review your request and provide a prepaid return label or return instructions when approved.
