Are Veyra Grove bracelets made with real natural stones?

Veyra Grove bracelets are made with carefully selected natural stones and complementary accent materials. As with all natural stone jewelry, variations in color, texture, translucency, inclusions, and surface markings are natural and make each piece unique.

Will my bracelet look exactly like the photos?

Each bracelet is photographed to show its color, shape, and overall style as clearly as possible. Because natural stones vary from piece to piece, your bracelet may have slight differences in tone, pattern, translucency, or markings. These natural variations are part of the character of the material.

Are natural stone variations considered defects?

No. Natural variations in color, pattern, bead texture, inclusions, shape, and surface markings are not considered defects unless the item is significantly different from the product description or clearly affected by a quality issue.

What are the metal accents made of?

Metal accent materials may vary by design. Please check the material details listed on each product page before ordering. If you have known sensitivities to nickel or other metals, we recommend reviewing the product details carefully before purchase.

How should I care for my natural stone bracelet?

Please keep your bracelet away from water, perfume, lotions, harsh chemicals, and prolonged direct sunlight. We recommend putting on your bracelet after applying makeup, perfume, or lotion, and removing it before showering, swimming, exercising, sleeping, or heavy activity. When not wearing it, store it in a dry place, ideally in its pouch or box.

How do I clean my natural stone bracelet?

Gently wipe the stones and accent materials with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust, oil, or fingerprints. We do not recommend using soap, jewelry cleaners, alcohol, or water, as harsh chemicals or moisture may affect the stones, elastic cord, metal accents, or plated finishes over time.

Do natural stone bracelets fade over time?

Natural stones are generally durable, but prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, moisture, sweat, perfume, lotions, or harsh chemicals may affect their luster, color, cord, or finish over time. Following our care guidelines will help keep your bracelet looking its best for longer.

Can I wear my natural stone bracelet in the shower?

We do not recommend wearing your bracelet in the shower, swimming pool, ocean, sauna, or during exercise. Water, sweat, chemicals, and prolonged moisture may affect the stones, cord, metal accents, or overall finish over time.

How can I protect the elastic cord?

Please avoid overstretching the bracelet when putting it on or taking it off. Roll it gently over your hand instead of pulling it sharply, as repeated overstretching may weaken the elastic cord over time.

How do I measure my wrist for the right fit?

Use a soft measuring tape and wrap it around your wrist where you normally wear a bracelet. For a closer fit, add about 0.5 cm to your wrist measurement. For a more relaxed fit, add about 1–1.5 cm. Then compare this number with the bracelet length and fit notes listed on the product page.

Why does free shipping apply only to eligible markets?

Shipping costs and carrier services vary by country and region. Because of this, free shipping over $95 is available only to eligible markets where we can offer it reliably.

What happens if my package is refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable?

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, related shipping costs, return costs, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges may be deducted from any eligible refund, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

How do I start a return or exchange?

We will review your request and send return instructions if the item is eligible. After your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds or exchanges will be processed according to our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Who pays return shipping?

For customer preference returns or exchanges, such as fit preference, style preference, color preference, or a change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return or exchange is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, we will review the issue and provide return instructions.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing?

Please contact us as soon as possible and within 7 days of delivery at hello@veyragrove.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will help make it right with a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, refund, missing item reshipment, or another appropriate option.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

No. We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns or exchanges. However, original shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other related charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or otherwise required by applicable law.

How long does a refund take?

Approved refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Can gift recipients request an exchange?

Yes. Gift recipients may contact us directly for help with an eligible exchange or store credit. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method only.
