Any natural stone meanings, elemental interpretations, lifestyle suggestions, or product recommendations are provided for personal, aesthetic, and reflective purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific emotional, spiritual, physical, financial, relationship, career, health, or life outcome from using our assessment, readings, products, or Services.

You should not rely on our Five Elements assessment, natural stone meanings, or product recommendations as a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Section 2B — Natural Materials

Our products may include natural stones, freshwater pearls, metal accents, and other complementary materials, depending on the specific product, with natural variations in color, clarity, texture, shape, size, translucency, inclusions, and surface markings.

These variations are part of the character of natural materials and do not constitute defects.

Product images are provided for reference. The exact piece you receive may vary slightly from the images shown due to natural material differences, lighting, screen settings, handmade processes, small-batch production, and normal variations in natural stones or beads.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Veyra Grove reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at our discretion.

Your order is not accepted until Veyra Grove confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Veyra Grove may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted or after fulfillment has begun.

Your purchases are subject to returns or refunds solely in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Veyra Grove currently ships to U.S. addresses only. Available shipping destinations may change from time to time based on carrier availability, fulfillment limitations, legal requirements, or our business operations.

For U.S. orders under $95 USD, standard shipping is $7.95 USD. Free shipping is available for U.S. orders of $95 USD or more. Shipping rates, delivery options, and available promotions will be shown at checkout before payment.

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery after shipment is typically 7–20 business days. Total estimated delivery time is typically 9–25 business days from payment confirmation, including order processing and transit time.

Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may vary due to carrier conditions, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, final delivery is handled by the carrier. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, risk of loss may pass to you once the products are transferred to the carrier.
